You just pry it up with the edge of a flat head screwdriver.... and then when you pop it back in make sure that it is lined up correctly otherwise it will not lay flat and will continue to pop out later....

Hey Crispy...how well do you think that paint will hold up under direct sunlight over time? The Texas sun is ruthless...

As long as you put a UV protectant clear on the paint, it should hold up well in any type of sun. If the clear says non-yellowing or UV protectant you should be good. Krylon makes a very good clear
