if im not mistaking thats for the tow hook

the OEM isnt damaged, the part missing is for the tow hook. the belts are for a V-6 one for the water pump and the other is the serpt. as for the kit whitecougar $150 shipped.

front bumper in to narrow on the sides. by a 1/4 inch. not sure about the rear. the sides are a good 12 inchs to short.

I guess I'll take a wheel cap seen as I have all 4 of mine but 1 is missing a damn spring on it... whats shipping to BC, Canada? PM me the price you want for 1 shipped and a paypal account or something seen as it's small and light shipping should only be like a couple bux anyways!
