Yes it should fit with weapon R headers. I had it on my car during my build but bought a new one before I got this off Ebay. I decided to go with the new since it looked a little better and I didn't want to hassle with the return.

The ECU will not work with a cougar. That is why I am getting rid of it. It will only work in an early contour since they used a different pats system. Please read this thread for more info:

How does a fuel system change the EGR? I'm pretty sure they're the same.

It doesn't . The 99/00 tubes are a little different from the 01/02 . The 01/02 are the ones that people need to have for the weapon R set up. I don't know why he added the fuel system thing. I just let him know that it was on my 99 cougar with weapon R attached, so whatever else he was thinking I don't know.
