Warning to buyer!!!!!! all the brackets that hold the headlight to the car are busted off of these headlights!!!! there would be no way to mount these to your car unless you make the brackets yourself!
Mrx55
07-01-2006, 10:35 PM
Or not.. you just screw them onto your stock brackets...
CougarGuy939
07-01-2006, 11:31 PM
so seriously who is buying these?
Drewmanfu0
07-02-2006, 01:27 AM
I relinquish my dibs, up for grabs everyone, I could take my lamps and put them in the oven and use them to mount it but it aint worth the hassel.

What are you guys talking about? You just fasten the headlights to the car just like any other.
CougarGuy939

could you show pics of the backs of the lights, because what they are talking about are the metal brackets used to attach the lights to the car if you could show us those are still there then it might be easier to sell them

I don't think there are any metal brackets I'm pretty sure they are plastic.
Also make sure to get close ups of the tips of the headlights near the fenders. That is the most fragile part and known to break during shipping.

Ok, I'm going to take pictures and I will show how simple these are to install.

The bottom headlight mount is metal and just a screw goes through it. I am pretty sure it is just pushed into place also.

No the mounts are all plastic on the aussie headlights. Maybe the 99-00 headlights are diferent.
BTW they install just like regular 01-02 headlights.
