It's so awesome that I'm finally done with school. I have a lot of time now to just sit around and seek a job. I already have a few leads set up, so I'm not extremely worried. The extra income/time will be nice. My entire family was happy as well being the first to pursue a degree and complete it. I can't really say I've ever seen my parents drink much, but they were having a grand ol' time today. It's a really good feeling. Anyone have any possible hook ups or even advice for a graduate with a bachelors in electronics engineering let me know. ;)

Ahhhh!!!!!!!!! So happy!

Congratulations Chris!

It's been a long time since I've looked for anything EET-ish, since I've never actually used my EE once I got sucked into software, but I'll keep an eye out for ya. Good luck on the job search!

Congrats man.

I found my job through the job search thing on the columbus dispatch website. If you haven't already, setup a profile on there and have it email you any new job listings, that way you don't have to search through all the old ones you have already looked at. I know AEP was hiring a bunch of people last summer, but they generally wanted people with a good amount of experience. I submitted my resume to about 20 IT positions AEP had open and I heard nothing from them. Don't get discuraged either, after move back down here, it took me 4 months to finally get called in for my first interview and it landed me an awesome job. Of course the first week at my new job I got a call from 4 other companys that really wanted me to come in for an interview as well.:slap:
