as long as quincy has the receipt you will be ok. the money order company can stop payment on it like a check and re-issue it.

No I dont have the receipt.. is there a way I can call the money order company if john can figure out who it is, or I can just go back to the convient store and ask... There's got to be a way, I can prove who I am and that is my money order, and if it's not cashed, wouldn't I be able to get the money back?
UPDATE...
Ill go to the convient store where I bought it, ask for the Money Order contact information, and I'll get that for you JOhn.. and the reason I dont have the receipt is because I never tore it off the money order... you have the receipt...although it is shredded unless by some luck you tore it off?

john...you need to try and piece it back together enough to get the "check number" off of it. that way they can trace it and see that it is not cashed, without that number they wont do anything. its also on the reciept.
however i am afraid it may take some time now, hopefully they will just cancel it but they may have some sort of waiting period like 15 days or so to make sure it doesnt clear.

Hey guys. I do have all the numbers and most of it put back together. Quincy, can I mail it back to you and you can take it to the store? I'll send you a scanned copy of what I pieced back together... ;)
