So tell me (a newbie) more about the SVT springs and sway bars.

1) will they fit the cougar? (I'm assuming they will as they are advertised on the cougar site)

2) Do they lower it, or are they just stiffer? (If they are contour SVT springs, I'm assuming they're just stiffer)

Interested in both depending on the answers.

And yes, I know its quite a thread resurrection, but I didn't see anything about them being sold. :D
