Have you checked your oil for flakey metallic particles?
Did you remove the belt and start the car the car up without it?
G it sounds like you caught Henry-itis. :(
I have no idea what that could be, I hope you find and fix it soon.

well im changin the belt today and i will see if it goes away......*crosses fingers*

yep, the belt had metal shavings in it..... no clue where they came from:confused:

yea, I think maybe when they were working on my car some metal shavings rested on the belt and got impaled in the belt when it was started

Glad to hear it was a simple fix. I would still recommend looking underneath at some point and double check everything.
