You obviously do not know what the Roush bumper is, unless you have a front bumper with Roush valences molded onto it. The Roush front is just a set of 2 valences.
This makes me even more suspicious of somebody that offered to sell this "bumper" to me for $200 + shipping, but who is a brand new member.
I would stay away from this one.

I do have a stock 99' bumper but it does have a crack in it on the bottom piece towards the middle and another small crack on the upper side.
I can try and get pics if you want....

Calm down there buddy. H-town-cougar is my brother. He just got his cougar a couple months ago, and yes he does have a full roush kit in MY garage. ;)
And stay away from this one? He bought the damn kit from BBOX just a couple weeks ago...do you think he doesn't have the kit or something? Who cares if he ASKS $200? If someone will pay it then that's good...if not he can lower the price.

Be careful trying to buy a bumper off of here when its really cheap and includes shipping. I've tried buying 3 bumpers off of here for 100-150 shipped, thats what they were asking. and got stiffed on all three. there is just no way you can ship one for less than $70 Ive looked. unless you just get really lucky. your best bet is find some place local or ebay. that way your protected and you know its a sure deal. No offense to members here.....
