First of all...would this (http://creativecompacts.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=080_2394&Category_Code=9902CougarPerformanceNitrous)be a decent nitrous setup for the coug? Do I need to worry about if I have return/returnless style?
Second...what could I run safely in a stock 2.5? I just have intake and exhaust done. Would this be a wire it up and go type of thing or am I overlooking something?

 Did he ask that? Seriously, do you even read what people are asking about or do you just type what ever the hell you feel like no matter what it is?
On to the question . . . it DOES matter if you're return or returnless. If you're return, you can use a dry system, if you're returnless, you have to use a wet system.
Nitrous is never gonna be just a "wire up and go" thing, if you want to get maximum performance out of it as well as take the best care of your engine, you'll want to look in to getting tuned.
Seriously though . . . if you have a return style Cougar, buy my shizz, I'll sell you EVERYTHING for $800 shipped, and you'll get a LOT more value out of that $800 than you would out of the $550 (after shipping) you're spending there.
For $250 more you get a second bottle of nitrous along with the brackets and hoses, a bottle warmer which is VERY important to keep the nitrous at the proper temperature, a purge kit which you'll want because it removes air from the nitrous lines and gives a cleaner shot, and a remote bottle openerso you don't have to play around with getting in and out of the car and all that jazz and you can just open it up from the driver's seat.

Hehe. Well, if you do want it, let me know. I'm about to put it up on eBay after the weekend.

I would do a wet setup, you don't have to get tuned as the nitrous setup provides the extra fuel not your existing fuel injectors. We can build a custom setup to your needs, just let us know what you would like.
