Just wanted to thank everyone for coming out. Finally had some great weather, all be it a little cool. I had a great time as always, and for once, I did not get pulled over coming back to the US :biggrin:

I had a great CanAm weekend. It was my 1st one, and i think i'm gonna be making it a saturday-sunday event from now on.

...as for Can-am....I had a great time as always. It was good seeing you all again and I know Sam, Herbie, Alex, Christine, and Nicole had a good time as well. Where are the pics of the Smart convention? I didn't take any pics due to camera battery failure, but none the less I'll be stealing everyone else's :)

BTW, there was a text message on my phone this morning from Shaa shaying that he could not get his car out of the garage so that's why he couldn't make it.

Definately a fun time!!!
The drive along the water front was fun...Except for that white Grand Am...Loser couldn't even do the speed limit. Good thing we had a nice gap in the road to pass him.
Ken, You pasted me with black smoke, when you pegged-it to get past that guy. :rofl:
Didn't realise how much sun I had gotten until arriving back to my cousin's place, where he informed me that I looked like an over-cooked lobster. Yea I kinda forgot my sunblock. :banghead:
Definately a good time, and will be there again next year.

here is a page that shows directions from Canada, so it cant be too far. Besides I remember going there abotu 4 years ago, it didn't seem far at all

It wasn't about twisting her arm, she was triple booked. Plus her sister had to leave that day so there was no way she could of came. I did make it back to the airport in time to say good bye.

yup....we should push for a date earlier though..the earlier you book the hotel, the cheaper it is...maybe we'll just get one room this time though....

Six flags has a great water park, and from the border it's maybe 30-40 minutes MAX. Actually closer to the border then from my house in the south towns. We'd definitly meet everyone and cruise down together...we would have to go the same way as you anyways.

I'd definitely be up for making it a weekend event next year. We could always do a change in date, maybe the first weekend of June? Earlier than that and you run into Memorial day weekend and that May 2-4 deal.

Thanks for the great fun guys. Honestly the 102 smart cars made the day though... we've really got to picket for more members if we're ever going to compete with THAT!!! ..( though... I liked the by mass/volume theory.. since by mass we were probably still close!)...
I'll be there next year bearing disaster... and, i'll even bring my own car. that i *cough cough* DO own.

ohio neco usually does a trip to cedar point some time after fest, might post up in there if you want to make a big thing outta this.
