Yes the $350.00 is shipped,and the picture of the back insert is of the 2x2 twill. That is the closest picture that I have of any of the inserts.

It's going to cost $ to ship to Canada so no. It's going to cost $204.00 and that is next day air through DHL. That is the cheapest that I have found so far. If you would like to check the rate the dimensions are 36"x15"x14" and the package weighs 10 pound.As for the 2x2 twill it is just a fatter weave that looks(in my opinion) looks way better that 1x1 plain weave.In the end it's a stronger material too.
