I'm driving to work last night, little late and I pass this black dodge (no hemi badging) he notices, and he guns it passes me and darts through traffic. I keep to my pace and the guy slows down and guns it again perty much doing the same thing. Slows down AGAIN and rolls down his window (mine are already down listening to AC/DC this time lol) and looks over at me, I shake my head a bit and keep driving.

So we get a light, he's got his windows rolled down head hanging out the window hopping his truck. I notice some fancy rims, and from what it sounded like exhaust.

Getting annoyed I hear him stage, I just gun it easily beat him by a car. he does the ricer fly by when I shut it down at 50.

Another light he does the same thing..works getting closer so I figure I give him full tilt. Slip the clutch at 3k and i'm gone beating him by :shrugs: but didn't see him again and just went to work.

Said it before and I'll say it again, I don't try to race trucks. It just buggs me when kids in their truck thinks they can beat a sportscar, and that their truck is crazy fast, when they're not.

ok sport compact, thats what the Cougars clasified under right? insurace companys say any 2 door is a sports car perty much. T/A's a muscle car, I dont care what year :)

I really don't care about getting ridiculed but if you realy don't like my stories then don't ream them. You are still reading them and posting something right? But really what difference does it make to me if some guy down in the US not like my stories.

And there's stupid racing, and smart racing, I'm not going to drive like a jerk doubling the speed limit just for a race in rush hour. Usally I can keep it under 10+ the posted speed limit, and if they want to go faster I'll take it out of town. I race for fun not to kill inocent people, they can be morons with their vehical, and I'll be smart with mine.

I never claimed my T/A to be a sports car. I will consider it a modern day muscle car. Sports cars would be things like corvette, elise, 911 etc. Cars built to be fast and handle great.

Ask the insurance if it's a sportscar or not, they'll definitely label it as such so they can rape you more so. :)

I think our American friends forgot your in Canada, so you shut it down @
50km/hr which is 30mph.....

no most of our amearican friends can't convert km/hr to mph (i've ran into that problem before so i just tell stories in miles) so...i shut it down at about 80 in a 60 zone...so 50 in a 35, 40ish zone?
