I know the duster thingy has some sort of oil on it to pick up the dust. For useing old thongs, just dont wash'em first. What ever it is thats on them works!

Why do you say that? I've only ever used Armor All and I've always been pleased with the results.

Stop using it, wait about 6 months, see if you're still saying that. Armor All is like crack for vinyl- sure, it's good when you're using it, but once you try and quit, the withdrawals kill ya.

I use a slightly damp microfiber towel. It takes up less space than the miniature california car duster. I use the full sized car duster for the car, but no need to use a small one for your dash when microfiber does the job great.

Aha, exactly! :D Armor All actually causes more damage than it covers up. It's like cocaine for your dash, great while ya use it, but hurts like hell when ya stop. ;)

Good point. I have the mini and full dusters at the house, they dont go in the car with me because they ARE awkward to carry around (with the handle and all). I, too, use a microfiber towel on the interior if I'm doing it at a carwash.

The dusters run about $10 to $15, depending on where ya go...

I use this wierd duster sponge for the dash, And blue magic for the leather. Smells like a new car every time I use it.
