These are made for STOCK struts, and are marked for 01-02 Cougars. These can be used for 99-00's, and can also be used with KONI struts. Ordering the proper D-Rings from Ground Control will enable you to use them with Koni's.

I honestly don't know the difference, but they will fit on 99-00's. I wouldn't have bought them if they wouldn't work, because I have a '99. I just decided to go another route and not keep them.

ehh i thought that gc's would fail with stock struts! ?? and that really only konis would support it

you have it backwards. The stock struts will fail with the GC. the konis will last with the GC.

I have these on my new cougar I just bought with stock struts, which I know will fail with time, but for now I just thought I'd say with them lowered I love how well the car feels in the corners. anyone who buys them will not be dissapointed.

Bump.
Price is firm, and very considerable. Do some research on the regular retail price, and you'll see why. These are brand new.
