I had Appendicitis

I woke up Tuesday early morning, about 4am, with sever pain in my lower right abdomen area. Really didn't think anything of it and went back to sleep. Woke up again at about 7am really hungry and ate. Went back to sleep till 9 and had the good old feeling of throwing up, so i did. Started to run a fever so i went online to find out if my symptoms matched anything and they did with possible Appendicitis. So i called a friend of mine in the medical field and told him my symptoms and he told me to go to the hospital. After waiting about 4 good dam hours in the waiting room i get in the ER. They take some blood and i get a CAT scan. They see fluid in the area of the appendix and say its a good idea to operate before it burst and i have major problems or die. So i give the ok to operate and get into the OR at about 12am. Thats the last thing i remember till about 1:30 when i wake back up on the 4th floor in my over night room.

Im now home and sore as hell. ;)

yeah man it's good you took care of it right away. Because my father passed away from that when I was 15. had no idea. thought it was jsut a stomache ache!

EDIT: ooops My father had Pancreatitis(sp?) anyways. it still great your ok!
