License Plate Frames - which would you buy?

These will be chrome plated metal plates with vinyl letters. I will be applying the vinyl, so the frame can be with the wide part on the bottom or top, depending on where your state's plate tags are.

I'm non-NW, too, and I'd go for a www.newcougar.org frame. I don't currently have any sort of frame on my car and I think it could use one. Though, honestly, I'm not fond of the chrome-ish finish. Doesn't look right against my spruce, IMO. A brushed aluminum look or even black plastic would suit me better.
