OK folks, here's your event schedule. It will finalize June 15th and printouts will be included in your goodie bag.

Please try to keep this thread specific to activities at the event.
For example, if you have a how-to you'd like to perform, or if you're scheduled but need your time move, make a post.
IF YOU WANT TO ADD AN EVENT
Post here or PM me and I'll get it on the schedule. We have plenty of time slots for anyone that wants to contribute.

Ok, now how in the heck did we end up with Karaoke, and with my name on it? :P I didn't even sing last year, I just sat at the table drunk...
Or then again I could just keep buying drinks for people until they are drunk enough to go sing. ;)

sonza and i are going to do a set up how to/autox FAQ.
dont think the hotel would like us doing a demo in the parking lot, although im game for it
and it says that we are doing it from 10-10:30 PM, just before lunch :rofl:

Brad, I noticed on your schedule, there's no "classroom" presentations like last year. Are we not doing that again?

The locations are listed below the times, for example Sonza and Jaged are currently assigned to the Theatre room for their FAQ. If they need to be at a car I can change the location.
As for classroom stuff, if anyone wants to do it again just speak up (Ron). The "classroom" is the "Hotel Theatre Room" so gimme a time you want to do it and I'll put it in.

It worked last year because we had a whole series of them back to back. I won't bother if I'm the only one. I'll just stick the the flasher install in the parking lot.

havent really discussed it with tom but we could prolly do the autox outside. we could designate a "classroom" area outside. Take 3-4 spots in the middle to do all the demos so people can float between the different demos. and then they would know where they are all at

I was thinking most of the stuff could probably be done inside, but it wouldn't hurt to have it out by the cars either.
I could put together something on composites (CF/fiberglass) if people wanted

Tad you're scheduled from 2:00pm - 2:30pm. Let me know if you want it moved.
Also Sonza/Jaged if you want me to move your time I can do that as well.
I'm guessing if it's 90 degrees outside we'll move this stuff into the theatre room, but for now we might as well have it all in the parking lot. Better visibility as well.
