On my way to my buddy's house yesterday I stopped a a red light and a forenza pulled up next to me. I had my windows down and so did his wife (Girlfriend) in the passenger seat. She yelled at me and asked if I wanted a go so I said yes and we waited for the light. Now before I get lit the **** up about even accepting this. I have a stock I4 MTX, I still Knew it wasn't fair but I was asked. So anyway light turned green and by 3rd gear I was 1.5 cars ahead. I let off and they came by and waved and that was that. I know It wasn't fair but I figured you guys would get a laugh or two.

I had one of those for a rental car last summer. It said 130 horses, but I don't know where they were. Sleeping in the trunk maybe.
Let me put it this way...when I demanded a different car after the Forenza got a flat, I was psyched to get a Toyota Corolla. Twice the power.

Its umm got an engine and wheels... its almost a real car.
One would expect a cheapo car with no guts to get fantastic gas milage.
But alas, it wasn't any better than my Cougar.
On the plus side, they spent money to put radio controls on the steering wheel. :crazy:
