i found a guy selling a set of comp cams for a focus that i'm interested in getting. he's got the intake and exhaust cam. i've heard that we (vct zetecs) really only need the intake cam. what all work is needed to put the focus cam in the coug? also, is the work worth it?

the should be a post somewhere in this section done by a member named Ness. try to search for it, im pretty sure it was a focus cam he put in his cougar.
edit: here it is. from the sound of it, the focus cam went in just like a stock cougar cam.
