Thought some of you guys might be interested in attending this year. Past NECO members attended include:
2005 - Hamill, Lauraq, GapboyPCS
2004 - Hamill, Mike, Shadowcat, Bassboy, Excelcier
it's a great show, and last year there were over 100 cars.

the more cars the better. It's a great event, and in the past 2 years we've raised close to $5000 for MADD.
also...you guys can come down on the Saturday if you want and crash at my place.

anyone wanting to come down earlier in the day or the night before can crash at my place. After the show we can do a BBQ at my house and hang out for bit if you guys want to.

The BBQ is burgers and dogs....
If we BBQ at my place we usually had something like sausages or steak (BYOF) and some extras.

Cool, I'm going to do a real good cleaning on the Cougar before Can-Am anyways so it will probablly just need a wash. Maybe we'll do it in London. We have two weekends to talk about it anyways.

the updates are:
Maverickflyer is out because no-one else is coming.
Maya is going out with her dad for brunch.
Mike is going to visit his dad.
So far the only NECO people going are:
Me :tongue:
I had to scroll through 30 pages of garbage to find the answer to the update question myself. :)

Well if you really want to make a big deal out of it, fine. I really did want to go, I missed the GTAMC BBQ because of Can-AM. you know I do put you guys first. I've been working late at work, and then going home at night to paint the cage for the car, doing small mods, and cleaning up little odds and ends just for this show.I was really torn about going though since it is fathers day. Some people do care about there parents more than they do cars. But the decision got easier when everyone else backed out. Sorry for not making myself clear.

I wasn't making a big deal out of it....lol...just pointing out that you said you were still on the fence.
As for the fathers days thing....yeah, it was a bad move planning it that day, but we had to go with what was available from Chandlers and the tiolet rental. (and I am still in shock that it costs $1200 for 2 toilets). I made fathers day easy, I invited my dad to come with me to the show lol...he said he'll come, but bring the expedition :rofl:. Then we are doing dinner later since the show ends at 4pm.

Well that's easier for you. Others don't live in London and can't make it to two places in one day. I even considered going to the BBQ and then going to my parents. But they live in Lyndsay. It would of been way to much driving in one day, especially in a 5.0L!

ok...I didn't take pics, but Richard (GapboyPCS) did....I'm sure he'll post them :)
But....it was a great show....lots of cars, lots of food, and a bunch of people running on the free dyno :) Best dyno run was 580+ HP I believe and they had to tell him to shut it down because the wheel wells were melting...he could have gone MUCH further.
Big winner at the show....ME :)
I won best sport compact (got a nice little trophey) and the main draw for a $500 gift certificate to London Tire....also, I bought a bunch of Zaino stuff to get the cars nice and clean :) (Christine wasn't happy I spent $150 on cleaning products)

everyone is still putting their pics in...they are all going to go on oine server for ease of viewing. THere were some damn nice cars there.
I called London Tire today and it looks like I'll be able to get a set of 4 tires and only have to pay a difference of $75 for the winter car....WHOOT!
