there are two ways
EASY:
1. highlight and copy URL
2. type text you want to see
3. highlight text you just typed
4. click the Globe/Chain button next to the text and picture buttons in the edit area
5. paste link into box
6. click ok
HARD:
1. highlight and copy URL
2. paste into this structure:
{URL="URL GOES HERE"}TEXT YOU WANT GOES HERE{/URL}
use the square brackets, not the curly ones
