i'm looking to get some new spark plugs. i know there's quite a selection out there. what have people here been using? which ones would anyone recommend? also, i want some new injectors. what are the stock size/rating? also, what size/rating would b a nice upgrade but doesn't turn into a huge gas guzzler? any help would be appreciated.

Motorcraft or Autolite double plats are best for stock and modded N/A
boost or any F/I the motorcraft AZFS-22c are 1 heat range colder and copper plugs <-- thats what im running right now before i up the boost to 20+ psi ( i know no one asked but might as well add it

No point in getting new injectors unless you're pushing serious power. The ECU is tied to the injectors so any change will cause the car to run poorly without chipping the ECU.
