so how'd everybody enjoy last night? lots of fun hearing 'em rocks hit the floor? man, besides being afraid of those suckers damaging the car (never been in a hail storm, didn't know how they could impact a car), i was more afraid of them boogers breaking the window and having that gust of water flow into the apartment, all over the sofa, the hdtv, the computer, the COMPUTER!, the COMPUTER!!! oh gosh, it was a scarey night...

but fun to be looking outside the window, seeing how the thunder lit up the night sky... REALLY nice sky last night :biggrin:

i dunno... rising cost of gas i guess... and as a gift for graduation. the wife and i are thinking of the toyota yaris, cuz it's fuel efficient, not bad looking, although it has alot less balls than the corolla we already have (rated 106 hp). i just got another job that pays a little bit more so why the heck not? i have really fallen in love with the corolla to be honest. i kinda wish i had an xrs; they're just as bad as our v6 from what i've heard.

my sister still has my previous black coug so it's okay i guess. she gets alot (alot!) of compliments back home cuz it's not as common over there. she's had several people who wanna buy it from her.

it's not bad... about $2.70 some. but you know, i'm not really into speed all that much. i like some adrenaline but i'm too much of a pussy and scared to get on a car accident again. the corolla is good enough for me. my chic doesn't really care about speed too. so, if we can get a good, reliable, gas-efficient car that gets us from A to B, it's fine with us.

plus, when i go back home, i feel better driving 4 hours and having about half a tank left when the coug usually only leaves me with about 100 miles (a quarter or so). plus, about 11 gallon gas tank for corolla/yaris vs. 15 gallon for coug.

i've just spent so much on that car to be honest. i thought i could make it better, like new, but i've just given up. and hey, i can always borrow a coug from any of these nice texan fellahs.... riiiight? :disgust:
