Paint and bumper in great shape. I would prefer pickup as opposed to shipping for the obvious reasons. I live in Woodbridge VA. $100 OBO.

I purchased this with the plan to paint it and put it on my 99 but sold the car when I bought the 02. I am not dismantling.
