Does this have a black plastic piece where the scoop would be or is it an actually hole? If it is actually a scoop and has a hole...I WANT IT! I have a visteon scoop already that I haven't done anything with, but it has a solid black plastic piece in it...and I plan on making it functional. So I WANT THIS!! I'll give ya a brand new set of Underbody LED's for it if you want. Or I'll pay ya $100.
