cant edit my profile

i cant get into my profile on the list of people going to cougarfest... i'm listed, and i tell it i forgot my password, so i give it my email address (nickoven@execpc.com) and its like "you dont exist b!tch" and im like "yes i do!" to i try ov3n and nickoven as user names.. but it persists.. please help..

There should be an email address for sending any changes you want made to your profile. I've tried to edit my profile and it told me that "I didn't have access to this feature".
