Searched, read, searched and read more. I just want to make sure that im 100% sure that the parts i want to order are right. I got my Torson Diff. from WakePerforamce finally b/c they were on back-order for a month or two. I know i need the following:

2 differential bearings, 2 differential seals, and a MTX-75 speedo gear.

I was looking into getting those parts from BatINC but they say that,"Speedo drive gear fits Quaife differential which uses a 4 cylinder type gear." ????

So i guess i need to order the speedo gear from Ford?

Are your seals in bad shape, or have a leak?? If not and they are in good condition, don't even remove them...just get the diff. bearings, and the speedo gear...(BTW: the speedo gear is the same Part# for both the 4 and 6 cyl)

Also, the Diff bearings come with new races, cups, whatever they are called (I forgot), but if yours are in good shape when you pull the tranny apart, don't remove those either...there are shims behind those metal cups, and as long as you press the bearings completely onto the Torsen, you should be able to drop it right in with no problem...Good Luck!
