Allright.. So I did some research... Just want you guys to tell me if Im ok or I miss something here...

Its about taping the fuel line into the schrader valve.

Instead by removing only the Schrader valve cap.. I have to remove the Schrader valve core with the schrader removal tool.. get an adapter which it would be a 1/16 pipe thread to 4AN. Then Ill be able to connect the -4AN fuel line on the 4AN fitting on the adapter. Sounds good no ?

Please Correct me if Im wrong.

How about you get a professional to install your system because you sound like a complete ****ass that doesnt know what he's doing. I already told you this in the other thread, but you seem to love making new threads asking more stupid questions. Better yet, call Zex tech, and they can tell you the same thing.

have fun putting in a new motor. Really a nitrous install doesn't take long. You might as well just pay the 50 per hour shop rate and have it done right the first time!!! Not tryin to get on your bad side but I agree with george 100%. Read the nitrous FAQ 2 or 3 times and then take it to a shop!

Ill install it ... and before running the nos.. Ill have a pro to double check my installation... thats it... There's nothing hard in making some holes and putting the jets in the nozzle... The thing that worries me the more is the fuel pressure... Anway.. before running the nos Ill have to buy a FSVT Fuel Pump and a Safety Pressure Switch... Ill be running a 55 shot ...Just to be safe Ill be getting some spark plugs 1 step colder ... No need to retard the timing ... There's nothing much that can fail.. The TPS wire should be easy to find...should be the center wire... and it can be double check with a multimeter... For the schrader vavle I just ordered the straight 1/16pipe to -4AN from NOS (which was cheaper than ZEX)...Bought the schrader valve removal tool so I should be fine...If Im stuck somewhere Ill be thinking to get a pro doing it. I read everything and I made a lot of research.. I wouldnt install the kit myselft If I would feel insecure. Ill be taking some pics of my installation... Ill share. No I didnt forgot about the RPM Window switch ...I wont hit the rev limiter..

dude, put the bottle down and never walk near it again. Don't ask for advice if your not going to take it!

let me know how you like the fsvt fuel pump...my fuel pressure is bouncing all over the place with it. I can't spray because of it. You might have better luck W/ the standard pump

then again...if your FP is fine then I might have the answer to my problem

So Should I go with a Zex Booster Fuel Pump instead of a FSVT ?

wow, pretty childish thread at times.....and people act like install a nitrous system can't be done by a total car noob. Honestly, the nitrous install was easier then installing roush springs.

About the RPM window switch, good luck. I tried getting that thing to work for I don't know how long. I tapped the coil pack wire with no luck and the wire going to the ECU, which resulted in more trouble. It's really not needed as long as you know how to drive.

The stock fuel pump is fine as long as it's working properly, plus you should have a fuel preasure switch. If not, then get one now!! If fuel preasure drops, the nitrous is overriden and turned off instantly. So even if your fuel pump stops working at 6K rpms you *SHOULD* be fine. By the time you feel the stumble due to the l;ack of fuel, your switch will have already had the nitrous off for almost a full second.

You got the correct AN to replace the schradder valve, but MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHERE YOU PUT THE STOCKER!!! I lost mine and when I went to sell the nitrous I couldn't find/buy one anywhere. The dealer basically told me good luck, and the junk yards only had cougar that were so smashed that the schradders were broken. I ended up just blocking it off with a allen keyed plug.

Also make sure your kit has a WOT switch...never run nitrous without it.

Ya I installed my nitrous kit ... easy install... You have more chances to screw something up by changing ure oil than installating some nitrous.
