welcome to MC-NECO  we are one of (if not the most) active chapters in NECO. already this year we have had 5 or 6 mod meets, 2 dinners, 2 go cart outings and numerious other events.

Welcome man...

I'm a long time crusier myself, and I will DEFINATELY be doing some major cruising this year -- as I missed out big last year during my cars build. That's really one thing I haven't seen us organize... a good group cruise, outside of CF... ;)

Heh... I think I have some pics of us cruising in TX, now THAT's cruising. ;) Southwest Military Drive, Sunday nights since the early 50's (one of the original cruising strips in the country, and birthplace of the lowrider...) There's about 3000+ cars out there weekly, everything from super-hoppers, to barely street legal drag cars. There's the SA Raceway right on the main strip, and two big parking lots where people stop and talk, in groups of 1000+. Ahhh, I miss TX...

Saugatuck... Not as many gay people live there as people make it out to be.. (it is about 15 minutes max from my parents house. Has a great bar scene in the summer with all the richies from Chicago taking their boats up for the weekend and stuff. There are alot of shops and resturants that are gay owned but alot of them live in Douglas which is the city right nextdoor, and not directly in saugatuck probably due to the very expensive housing because of the seasonale traffic. (end knowledge of Saugatuck)
