Hey i was wondering which aftermarket cv axle with a lifetime warranty was the best. I dont want 2 spend 600 dollars for stage 2 axles but i want something better than stock with a lifetime warranty any help?
Thanks

Bought rebuilt ones with a lifetime warranty from Advance Auto... Haven't broken anything yet (knock on wood) @ 342fwhp...

check car quest. they sell remanufactured axles. i think its like 40-60 bucks with the core. but keep that recipt or no more free axles for you.

Is that a bad thing??? It's my daily driver for Cripe's sake... And I most definitely was NOT kind to it on Tuesday at the Autocross school... But I had the boost controller disconnected.

The intent of my post was to point out that with STOCK power, any yahoo can snap an axle if they beat on it enough. With 400+ hp at the flywheel, imagine that happens when you abuse it. By abuse it, I mean 5K RPM clutch drops on dry pavement with sticky tires. With a rolling start on an autocross or track course, you are fine.
Love my R compounds... Kumho V710s p3wn... Or Hoosiers... Or Avons... But that's for another forum. ;)

I found a post where Demon SVT suggests using GCK HD Axels from auto Zone i will probably be going with them they are like 120 a pop but i figure if he uses them they are probably good. I will let you know how it turns out.
By the way i dont know if any of you checked my post on StangKillers tubular LCA's but i suggest you autocross/higher hp guys look into em they are solid and pretty much eliminated my wheel hop and i have bad trans mounts
Just figured i'd throw that in..they are probably the reason i will need new CV axels
Thanks for the input
