hey guys, and gals, i've been on the site actually for months now, just never got around to saying hi. been in on some group buys and bought some things from the for sale and stuff. mostly been researching like crazy. i used to be into theold school power horse, but i love the cougar. i catch crap from everyone around here for it but hey its their ignorance not to accept car enthusiasm. so far this site has been a HUGE help. i have the earliest model 99 mtx. i have already done a complete 2001 svt engine swap with msds headers, fidanza fly wheel, lightened alt, pwr steering, and underdrive pulleys, dual mass crank dampener ( which i have an extra if anyone so cares), svt uim, lim, and tb, test pipe, custom cat back exhaust, millenium body kit, replaced stock wing with visteon wing, rsl mase gunmetal rims with 225/40/18 tires. i'm pretty much done for now, wish i could make it up to cougar feast and say hi, but once again getting deployed for another year. so everything is on hold, when i get back i plan on getting the heads pnp and hopefully the stage 1 svt cams, stage 2 axles, spec stage 3 clutch, vortech supercharger, new pistons and rods (would really like a whole stroker kit) and well this is getting to be a long thead for a noob so i'll cut short, basically i am looking to end up somewhere around 300-350 whp. well again hiya and thanks again everyone for the great amount of knowledge.
