right now i just have my stock rims and i want some nice chrome 17's or 18's that arnt to expensive. anyone selling any or know a good place to get some.

Keep your eye on the FOR SALE forum here, and also over at http://contour.org/classifieds/. Any rims from a Cougar, Contour or Focus will work (as will others, but those are the easy ones).
If you don't need them NOW, you should be able to score a great deal if you watch and wait.

I have 3 17" ZN special edition rims.. if you want... You'll need some new tires soon.. they're 50k i believe and they have 43k on em.
