Been a long time since posting but just started seeing a Red 99 Cougar at Northrop Grumman in Bldg. 902, just curious as to whose it is because I happened to notice the Tidewater NECO decal. Anyway, my coug should be back by the end of March after engine rebuild and custom paint. Anyone else planning on going to the Va Beach car show on April 24th?
