Hopefully I'm getting a CF headliner in the near future, so the tan interior panels need to go...away.

Question One:
Should I paint the A and B pillars black or DT Green? Everything else in the interior is black/silver and dark grey...so I'm thinking black.

Question Two:
Where can I get a replacement trim ring for the sunroof area? Need a black one of those also

I beleive all the cougar liners are tan. There was no option for black. You can try one from a contour, they maybe the same size.

you can get a can of rustoleum vynl paint and paint the trim ring. Ive done a couple that way. Go black with the trim pieces it looks so good, and you can use krylon fusion paint to do them and it works quick and looks good

i agree ... black would be the way i would go ... I would paint everthing black that is still tan, and remmeber theres some panels in the trunk as well. Thats just my suggestion ...

like jaged said, vinyl penetration dye would be the way to go... I know Crispy used it on hers and it looks good.

no i said vynl paint. theres a can of it in the first pic of my headliner how to. but you could dye it as well, the process is a bit messier though

make sure you throw some dynomat up on your metal roof before you install the CF headliner.. I've heard that others have also applied a thin layer on the back of the CF headliner too as it travels noise badly... namely when it rains because there is no fabric to absorb the sound

Hey heres the pricing from topshop! kinda expensive, but I think it would look sweet! "We charge 150.00 each for the front pillers, center pillers 125.00 each, and the rear is 175.00 each."
So 900 bux for all of the pillars wrapped! haha thats more than the headliner itself but I still think it would look super nice!

eh i don't like the carbon fiber look to be honest ... i've got all them pillars painted and going to redo everything all over again .. going for a whole new interior look.. no more fabric on the headliner and door panels hopefully ... but thats my opinion ... i can't see spending nearly 2,000 for headliner, pillars, and door panels covered in carbon fiber ... i'm going to fiberglass the cargo cover myself, buy the panels and headliner from topshop, and paint up everything myself

900!!! forget it...Paint all the way unless they want to sponsor an interior

The CF headliner has a foam liner which will aborb sound.

I say paint the pillars black or any secondary themed color. (other than DT green.)
