I don't have a clue but someone else will probley be able to answer your question. It might help if you tell us waht kind of kit you are installing.

Seeing that you have the Drift kit, I went to your cougardb profile, a lot of people use support brackets to help stablize the front. I used to have the Drift front, without anything extra to help make it stiff, and it had a lot of play in it just like yours. I'm sure someone will chime in to tell you what exactly you need to use to help with stability.

believe it or not it helps tons to just add a couple extra layers of fiberglass to the underside of the bumper.
also it helps if you fabricate a more rigid bumper support. throw away that black plastic one and make something out of metal and you will see a ton of difference. i used 2 L-brackets and piece of 1/4 X 3/4 inch flat steel bar stock from the home depot. worked great

I had to make brackets to support the battle rear that I have, as well. Anything that moves is likely to cause problems, so stiffen that sucker up. ;)

I have the drift kit to and what i did to make it stable was there is a thin black stabalizer bar on both sides the conect to the bottom corner of the stock bumper to keep it stable! I just drilled small holes into the inner wheel well corner of the drift kit so those bars would bolt in and it worked awesome just set the bar up on the inside of the bumper and drill through and put a nut and bolt in!!!

Good to know, I plan on getting the drift kit (with either the widebody flares or the F-1 fenders) too. Thanks for the tip.
