Hi people :)

I would like to know if someone has some videos or sounds of a I4 with magnaflow or Borla, flowmaster exhaust.
All the videos I've founded , were V6

I wait to hear the sound of trubendz exhaust before ordering mine ;)

Sorry for my bad english... :(

Is the sound very different of the V6 or not? :)

yes, the sound is very different.
flowmaster is a no no for an i4 in my opinion. I heard it on an i4 and it sounded like crap. (imo)

dont you like the sound of Remus? i know you can get it there easier in france than in the U.S... i like the sound of Remus.
Remus sounds like Borla... if that helps. i havent heard magnaflow on an i4...

Don't know if this will help much but check this page out.
They compaired all the major exhausts out there for the 2.0L Zetec in the Focus. I would think it would be real similar to the Cougar in shound output and you will also get an idea of how the companies are on fit and finish

I used to have videos, then my dad changed webspace and my Hard drive crashed and lost them.

I used to have a flowmaster and I really liked how it sounded. I also had quad monza resonated tips. That, no cat and a turbo made a great sound.

I now have a dynamax straight through and I really like how it sounds. I'd go for either magnaflow, dynamax or flowmaster.

Ive got flowmaster mandrel bent cat-back sounds awesome i get a ton of compliments on achieving non-ricey sound. go to creativecompacts.com lots of stuff for the cougar there like beginner things like intake exhaust and lots of aesthetics good stuff. also have sample sounds for borla, magnaflow, and flowmaster, i think theyre catless v6's tho.

I have my 2.0L I4 straight piped into duals with stock exhaust manifold. It sounds realy great when your accellerating. Besides the whole crackle and pop noises it makes when you down shift it's realy great. When you sitting at a steady speed (50-65 mph) it's quiet to the point where you can barely hear it. When you hit 70 and up its just a deap throat roar.
