ok the other night (about 2:00am on the back roads by my house, which are 2 lanes on each side! i remind you that this is in B.F.E, in the middle of the night, no cars anyware) so we pull up to the red light, and the guy says he seen me around town and my license plate that says SVTCUGR, he asked me if thats true and i told him i had the 2000 svt engine, headers, finanza flywheel, center df clutch, and chip, so he says he wants to race me, so we sat through the green light talking, then it turns red, so we start reving, the light turns green, i launded between 3,500 a 4,000 r.p.m , i immediatly pull ahead of him by a car and a half, i shift into 2nd and im about 2 cars ahead, if not 1 1/2. so i shift into 3rd and he's behind me by maybe a bus length i look down and im doing about 95, so i slow down and he slows down, so i stop and he pulls next to me, he says he going to dennys resturant and getting something to eat, so i follow him to dennys and we get some food and talk about our cars and whatnot so.. pretty cool night. that was my first race since the SVT engine swap!

15.7 is pretty crap-tastic for an SVT Tour, I'd think...

Yeah, last time I saw an SVTour get a 15.7 it was when the front bank of the IMRC wasn't opening because the clip holding the connecting rod from the rear to front bank butterflies was broken.

I'd say, I ran a 15.7 in my 2.5L with basic bolt-ons and bald street tires.
