it's all about personal preferance.

If you want really low, adjustable, and more expensive, go with coilovers and some decent struts.

If you want moderately lowered, non-adjustable, use the stock struts as they are, cheaper alternative, go springs.

It all depends on....

1) What overall look you want to achieve.
2) The ground clearence around your area (getting coilovers and never adjusting them would be pointless)
3) What $$ you want to spend.
4) How scared you are working on your car :) because if you can't get into the wheel well and trust yourself to lower the car, forget the coilovers.

Both provide a difference in handleing, personally, I have Roush springs, they are a subtle, even drop, and it's completely practical for my needs, not to mention I got them new from Roush a couple years ago at a great price.

EDIT:

Options:

Coilovers/Adjustables:
CC.com - 0-3''
ebay knockoffs - 0-3''
Ground Control - 0-4''

Springs:
Eibach - 1.2" Front, 1.0" Rear
Roush - 1.2" Front, 1.2" Rear
Progress - 1.8" Front, 1.2" Rear
Intrax - 1.6" Front, 1.4" Rear
H&R - 1.5" Front, 1.5" Rear
B+G - 1.8" Front, 1.8" Rear
Apex - 1.7" Front, 1.7" Rear

After a year or so the coilovers won't adjust as much any more.

well i dont really need to be adjusting anything now it realy not show car quality yet. But i was just looking at the b g springs at CC/pro motion and they say that the springs give you a 1.6 drop
so the next question is ? if its a 1.6 or 1.8 drop on advarage with 18inch wheels and a drift front how low should i go. i really just want to get rid of the wheel gap. so what do you think

thanks for the help again guys
