just wondering if i get the tb powdercoated and they heat it up to cook the powder, will this mess up the bearings for the shaft?

Normal powdercoating is good for 400F...I am pretty sure the intake does not get that hot. If you want to be certain, they make high temp coatings that are good to much higher temps

I think he is asking if the power caoting process is ok for the TB not if the powder can take the temps of the engine bay heat.....

Nice, Now get them installed! Are you going to do it yourself or pay someone? Maybe you should wait for nicer weather. My engine bay is a disaster right now! :ugh:
