Thats awesome! I seriously considering selling my house so I can get one with a large garage or work shop. But prices around here are crazy.

Yeah, same here. my brother got lucky with his place. He had to do a lot of finish work on the inside of the house but a 4 bedroom in my area with a 5 car garage, basement and a nice yard for only 160,000. That price can't be beat.

Wow, you can't touch anything like that around here for under $400,000!
Even houses an hour and a half away from where I work are selling for over $300,000!

Actually the Canadian Dollar hit a 14 year High yesterday. It's sitting at $0.86 US. It might be back at par in a few months. :tongue:

So $400K Cad = $344K USD

Nope! I'm happy! atleast now I can buy parts for half decent prices. A couple of years ago it was at $0.55, and parts were too epensive! :rofl:

lol move further north...though houses here are getting crazy you can still find some nice deals...i only have a wee little house of 950 sq ft but i have half an acre to play with as well...additions start next fall.

you are living in probably on of the ritziest areas in the GTA...i would be surprised to find anything down there under 350,000....lol my house house probably go for about that down there...well most likely double with all the land.

btw: reasons why windsor is like no other place in the world in terms of economics...

windsor is the closest and largest subburb of detroit (a major metropolitis)... however between the 2 cities is something called an international border, complete with full laws in effect, so that the dollars and cents of both cities are not related in any manner... being that no major metropolitan within the same set of laws is close to windsor, we enjoy the countryside cost of living, but get to have all the features and creature comforts of living next to a major metropolitan....

my house's value would double if it was on the other side of the border (even after the conversion rate)...

park your car downtown detroit for a night... 20$US... park your car downtown windsor for a night 3$CDN....

You would be correct Pierre:biggrin: Like I said, More to follow mid March. Brad gets the first set and hopefully between one of my many upcoming 3L builds I will have a few more sets made by the end of April.

The headers will be somewhat made custom by order ie. if you want an extra O2 bung welded on for a wide band O2 and no bung for the EGR(which will come with a block off plate for the intake) if you want to run EGR delete.
