I had to make a new login name to get in. I need to get my passord to use my old login, please help admin

Check your junkmail folder on your email client, a lot of times the filters will drop it in to there.

I couldn't log on with my Shelly1 s/n either. I had to make a new one. My old password didn't work. What is up with that?

Please use the "FORGOT PASSWORD" feature when trying to log-in.
DON'T CREATE A NEW NAME!

In the event that your old email address is no longer working, please allow us to update it through the Admin tools.
This way we keep a more accurate member count & don't have hundreds of dead accounts.
I also notice that the "forgot my password" notice is slow at getting out. I had to request it twice before it arrived. So have patience.
I had to get a new user name too, my old name "jrak123" the password didn't work. So I tried to register the jrak123 again and it said that the name was already in use, tried to register jrak to the same e-mail addy and it said that addy was already in use. I set up to have my passowrd e-mailed to me and it didn't come.

Like I said, it took me a couple requests for it to finally push through. There was no spam or junk blocking, it was just slow in getting here.
So at least try to request it every so often (wait 10min inbetween requests) using your registered email address.
When I get out of work I'll try to sort as many of these as I can out. But please, refrain from making new screennames.
Ok, sorry about that(the new screen name thing) but I didn't have any other way of contacting anyone to resolve the problem. Thanks for your response.

The new boards are MUCH better than the old when it comes to stuff like duplicate accounts ... I can now "merge" accounts. If you need me to merge two accounts together and get you into your old account (AOL & Hotmail don't like emails from us), PM me a request. In the PM, make up a temp password and I will set your old login's password to this "temp" password and that way you can login.
