My friend is looking for a cougar and wants to pay no more than 7000 dollars. If any one sees one will you guys let me know :biggrin:

im lookin for $6.5k for mine, silver frost v6 mtx sport (16's, sunroof) with under 60k on it and cloth interior. runs/drives awesome but there's a CEL for a clogged DPFE sensor line.
Has a lot of goodies, including SVT manifolds / tb, roush springs with bilstein front struts and st200 rears, new front tires, rears will need replacing by spring...
there's some light scrub damage on the passenger side from an 'act a dick and run' parking lot accident. ive been told by a bunch of people it will be an easy fix but it doesnt look bad enough that I ever felt I needed to spend the $800 (quote from my insurance companies body shop, they HAVE to do mint work) to do it.
lots of other stuff including short shifter, reverse indiglo gauges (nice ones not ebay) door switch led's done up with blue led's (a couple need resoldering, they flicker sometimes)
Im gonna leave the stereo Sony MEX-5DI head unit, PBX Component speakers, rear Kenwood Excelons... 4ch amp under passenger seat not mounted but not really going anywhere. I'll leave the wiring for the sub amp but im taking my amp, box and cap.
what else.
paint matched rear taillight covers, visteon wing, 18% llumar platinum (NOT MIRROR) tints, new alternator, new oil pan gasket, always mobil-1 filter/oil, AMSOil in the transmission (kinda want to put ford fluid back in cuz with the amsoil you can hear the gears clack at idle sometimes),
durr its got a 2.5" magnaflow trubendz with dynomax resonators on each tip, brullen 2.5" y pipe with a removable hi-flo cat, has a hole cut for a GMK CAI which has been rust proof'd, its also got euro ST-200 floor mats,
yadda yadda yadda. email me (neilsan at gmail.com) if you want to come take a look at it. The only thing is I still owe on the loan for another year, so there would have to be a week long limbo period where if you buy it, after payment id have to wait for the title from the bank before giving you the car.
yea email me if you have any other questions. i have some "glory days" pics of it at home, it made it into the '05 cougar calendar too (****, or was it 04? augh) but i think only cuz im a good photographer.. cuz it doesnt have any body kit or bling or anything like that.
