I searched the forum, but there is no how-to to make MIL eliminators. Would anyone have this information? I'm going to search more on the web for answers for future reference.

Thanks!

Another question:

Thanks

For a 99/00, yes. 01/02s don't need any.

All right. I got all my parts for Radio Shack for about $8 and assembled them today...

Here's the outcome:

01's dont need any, even if you are running a hi flow cat?

my check engine lite came on the other day and i assumed it was because of the hi-flow.

Same here, thought you needed them no matter what year you have. Installed headers and hi-flow cat...check engine light is on...2001 Cougar

With the 01+ you have a sensor after the cat so to me you would need one since it would detect a malfunctioning cat.
