buy those if u are doing a swap. I also bought those and added them to my 3L. find some Large pitch timing also to go with them. there is a couple of us that have an extra set of timing componets

You only need the large pitch timing components if you have a 01 or newer Cougar. The 99 and 00 Cougars also have the large pitch timing equipment.
