Spotted: WHY NOT lic. plate

Black, not sure of year with WHY NOT license plate in Mansfield Meijer parking lot on Sunday. Believe it had Senneca county plates. Is this anyone from here?

I was looking for a NECO sticker but didn't see one. I think it had something fancy on the hood (scoop?) and black leather seats with embroidered cougars on them. I'm terrible about paying attention to detail, nor can I identify the year and make of a car just by looking at headlights like most men seem to be able to :tongue: :biggrin: :confused:

You know what, when I was at Meijer the other day, that Cougar was at CiCi's or all that stuff parking lot too!! It had the same plate and thats why I remember it. Might have moved to OSU mansfield or something for classes?
