hesitation/bucking when stopped....????

Whenever my 02 v6 cougar is stopped it hesitates. It's not like i have a low idle. The car feels like it hesitates or kind of "bucks" it's really weird. I have already replaced my DPFE sensor once about 5k miles ago and the fluids in my car look like they are good. Can anyone please point me in the right direction. I"m not getting any CEL codes or anything.

Does the whole car kind of "jump"? Almost like you let the clutch out a little? If so it might be your release bearing in your transmission (assuming it is a MTX).

if it is an atx it may be just low fluid.
