Group buy interest-Headlamps for 99-2000, Ford OEM [Archive]

Hi everyone,

Thought I would post this special to see if there was any interest in a Group buy for Ford OEM headlamps that will fit 1999,2000 models. These are Ford OEM parts with Ford Part #'s in Ford boxes. I already did a huge GB on Contour.org and everyone loves the new lights.

What I need is to get at least 4 of each part in order to place the order with Ford. The part # listed below is specifically for the "Crash Part" or "Truckload" program we are now part of.

Here is the pricing:

F8RZ-13008-KACP List $199.51 NECO GB $130.00
F8AZ-13008-LACP List $199.51 NECO GB $130.00
S&H is $8

So for 268.00 you get a whole new set of headlamps. The regular Ford OEM part is as follows.
F8RZ-13008-KA List $288.62 NECO $214.90
F8RZ-13008-LA List $288.62 NECO $214.90

So for the price of one regular lamp from your local dealer, you can get a whole set with S&H included and have extra money for dinner.

As long as I have enough orders, you will not have to pay until the lamps arrive at the dealership and are ready to go out.

I will do what I did with the Contour Group. They had these "Truckload" lamps for the Contour, but not the Mystique. What I did was offer the Mystique lights at 10% over cost. You would never get this price from a dealer.

2001-2002 USA Model
1S8Z-13008-EA List $363.07 NECo $270.34 Special $240.00 (right)
1S8Z-13008-EB List $315.13 NECo $234.65 Special $208.00 (left)
(please don't ask why the left and right are different prices, they just are!)
Combined this is a savings of $230.20 off the MSRP

2001-2002 Aussie style (clear reflectors)

1S8Z-13008-DB List $303.00 NECo $225.61 Special $200.00 (left)
(I have pictures of these if needed, but they are designed for the Aussie market Ford Cougar and are desinged for RHD cars)

so the aussies are set up for right hand drive.......can the lights inside be adjusted to work with left hand drive? can u post up some pics of these?

I have sold over 30 sets of these in the past. Mostly thru James Howard and Creative Compacts (Custom Cougars). I am sure there are some members here that have them installed. I will try to see what you need to do.

You can pay with PayPal at the site when I put up the links. I will try to do that later today.

Remember. When I get enough orders it will be 2-3 weeks until I get them. Those that pay with a CC will not be charged until the lamps are ready to ship. Those that pay with PayPal I will hold the money until they are ready to ship.

What happens is I have to place an order with at least 4 of the right and 4 of the left. Then we have to wait until the "Truckload" get's to 28K between my dealership and others in the local area.

they won't fit directly, they have to be modified a little bit, and then they have to be re-aimed for left hand drive,

ANYBODY know of ANYONE running HID's on the aussie headlight? If so how do they look and if you have acontact for them i would appreciate if you could pass it along my way.........I'm currently runnink 4300K hid's on my stock 99 headlights(low's only)they have a line in the middle(bosch projector) im justwondering if the projector in the aussie headlamp is the different one with no horizontal line in the middle. any info would be great... i've seen a few close up pictures but the quality wasn't all that good......so im still left hangin'

US 99-00 are sold out and obsolete IIRC

The "Group Buy" 99-00 and 01-02 went obsolete. You can still get the New OEM ones for 99-00 and 01-02 at 10% over dealer cost.

The Aussie or Euro 99-00 and 01-02 are still available.
