I still haven't received my sway bar and I paid on 1-6-06. I pm'd them about it and he gave me a tracking number and I thought everything was ok, but then I checked the tracking number and found out it was delivered on 1-27-06 to some location in Washington D.C.

The problem is I'm located in Westminster, CO. I tried PM'ing the Roush guy recently and haven't had any response.

Has anyone else been waiting for a long period on their package??

He doesn't part out whole kits and there's no more unpainted front valence. Your best bet is with another member selling theirs.

ummm, ya same here. I bought a sway bar [when this was first posted] and had it in my hand the same week.

Then I orderd 2 exhaust tips and floormats on the 16th. I just got one tip in the mail [3 days ago now] and havent recieved the rest. I dropped him an email but havent received a response.

[edit: I just gave them a call, just call the contact number on the readyparts.com site, and they were very helpful and I'm sure its going to get sorted out]

FYI - The body kits aren't just the front, sides, and rear. It also includes the wing and a hood scoop. Maybe this info will help the kits sell.

Are you sure about the hood scoop? Roush didn't make a hood scoop, only Visteon IIRC. I know for sure that the full kit they are selling is the front, sides, rear and the wing.

Yes they fit but they are made from rubber. The BAT ones are urethane and last longer.

I've purchased from him twice and couldn't be happier with my purchases. For anyone doubting the quality of the kit... I dunno. It's amazing. It's very durable and sturdy, with a 100% accurate fit all around since it is Roush. The paint is flawless like factory, and at least when I recieved mine, it was all wrapped up in the box since it probably came from Roush, to him, directly to me.

All you need is to jack the car up and spend a couple hours making sure you do everything right Durrr. The hardest part is putting the rear on and you might want to support the side skirts, they seem to like to sag a bit in after a while. However, I should have let my 3M tape stay dry for a few days instead of driving it in the rain.

Basically those of you wanting pictures just look at any cougar with a Roush kit. As long as you order the kit that is your color (assuming he has them still etc.) it will match your car perfectly, I know it did my white.

My profile has pictures of my car last year (it's getting the fenders / rear bumper repainted and a new hood this month Tax Return hooray). Here's some inlined images for those of you who are far too lazy to click button.

http://www.cougardatabase.com/image.php?id=7528&raw=1

The rear end shot is on the site, I just didn't link it. I don't have a hood scoop cause my kit didn't come with one, but I didn't know it was supposed to and never expected it. I had a Visteon, don't think I'd use it anyways.

Edit: It also comes with fog light covers, but I lost one of mine. So if anyone buys the kit and doesn't want their fog light covers I'll be glad to purchase them from you.

Note how the Roush has smooth curves and the Visteon has flats and angles.

I saw MaverickFlyer's Spoiler and it is a Rio Red VISTEON, not a Roush.

It's better to get a painted kit and repaint it than get an unpainted kit. You would have to prime and paint it anyways. Just try and get a colour that is lighter than yours. In other words don't get a black kit if Your car is white.

we will not ever part out kits because we cannot box them and keep prices as low as they are because of the hassle to list things seperate. We do have unpainted rear valances and unpainted wings availible. Prices are availble earlier in this thread.

Ok thank you. I didn't see a price listed for an unpainted rear valance?

Thanks,
