Horrible transaction. E-mailed me verifying payment received and that cd will be shipped out in a few days (Dec 17). Three weeks later, after numerous e-mails never replied to, I filed a paypal dispute. The very next day they e-mail me saying they can not help me because I filed a dispute. :crazy: Oh. Thanks a lot!

No, but I didn't see anywhere in the rules where it had to be a member. I apologize if I missed it. You can delete it if it's wrong.

WOW.... that guy does a lot of business. 1462 ebay transactions in one month. 25 negative feedback. He currently has 77849 auctions on ebay. I'm sure he is overwelmed by emails and such. Hopefully you get your money back quickly.

I understand that, but for a business such as his he/she should be prepared. I gave him ample time and was only replied to after I filed a paypal dispute three weeks later of no response.

Well since they are not on the board I can't really do much but I will keep note of it just in case they join the boards which will probably be never.
